Duties include but are not limited to liaising with Clients and service providers in a professional, logical and friendly manner, registering and administering new claims, record keeping, managing accident scenes, appointing assessors, authorising repairs, follow ups, settling claims and salvage, recoveries and third party approaches from start to finish, reconciling and reporting monthly claims figures, claims bordereaux maintenance and reconciling, taking instruction from Brokers to endorse policies from start to end and adhering to the TCF and POPI principles. Candidates must have a decent understanding of insurance claims processes, policies and terminologies.
